Alrighty then, lets get it started. Much as I love Johnathan, and while he is the only other fellow swordsman on this list, Guts will destroy him. Luck and Pluck is nothing particularly special as it comes to a sword, while The Dragonslayer is one of the most famous swords in anime for a damn good reason. Guts immense skill and downright godlike strength behind that damn thing more than makes up for any advantages Johnathans hamon gives him.

Joseph doesn't carry traiditional weapons, and is more a trick fighter, relying near exclusively on hamon. Unfortunately, this will only serve to his advantage if he is playing keep away from Guts, and that won't last forever. He stalls better than his grandfather, but is eventually cut down.

Jotaro, the best of the Jojo's. While I would love to make this a mile long rant about just precisely how Guts responds to the powers of each and every Jojo, and how he cuts them down, in my humble opinion, the man unfortunately meets his end here. While Jotaro is little more than a human being in peak physical condition, unarmored and absolutely no match for Guts on his own, his Stand is something else entirely. For starters, Guts can't even SEE Star Platinum. It would just look like his sword gets caught mid air in front of Jotaro. His reaction time is enough to stop a bullet fired at point blank range, and he has been shown to be more than durable enough to at least deflect Dragonslayer repeatedly. Guts won't be able to respond to that, and Star Platinum's ability to stop time for a few seconds will be more than enough time to decimate Guts. Guts will hang in there for a while, and Jotaro may be exhausted by the end of it, but Gut's slaughterhouse ends here.
